Your job interview
The first step is usually a telephone or video interview with our recruitment team.
If both parties are interested, we would like to get to know you better by means of a detailed conversation. Depending on where you live, this will take place in our office at Marienplatz in Stuttgart or using Teams.
Getting to know each other for the first time usually takes around 15 minutes.
For an interview (in person or using Teams), you can expect it to last for around one hour.
Make sure you can explain your previous experience in detail based on specific activities. Are you wondering what to wear for a personal interview? Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable. We are interested in your skills and competencies!
