• Managing Facility projects on all sites including quality control of outsourced services
• Supporting maintenance of the company owned technical infrastructure
• Fixed Asset inventory management
• Organizing Internal office moves including creation of basic office layouts
• Ordering maintenance and repair for electric installations and office refurbishment
• Purchasing furniture and other office appliances
• Being subject matter expert on site for parcel shipping to EU/Non-EU countries
• Control of quality KPI's and implementation of counter measures for process improvements
• Execution of the company safety & security standards all the company sites including updating documents and records

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant business fields, e.g. Technical Facility Management
• Good knowledge of redesign of workplace areas in office or industry buildings including electric installations, workplace planning, physical building security systems, technical services, real estate management
• Very good German and good English knowledge
• Good communication skills and open minded attitude
