Your tasks:

Creating of initial reports for deep analysis at the HQ
Proposing solution approach for quality issues
Supporting internal teams with reports and analysis
Managing the shipments of units
Being the interface and acting as a communication channel with HQ to perform in-depth analysis
Tracing and maintaining the analysis history for lessons learned
Maintain and improve analysis manual continuously
Traveling to customer plants and dealers on demands for on-site analysis

Your profile:

Optional experience in the area of electronic components in the vehicle (radio, navigation)
Optional knowledge of the VDA Joint Quality Management in the Supply Chain
Good German and English language skills
