Vehicle ADAS Validation Expert for Comfort Function – (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Build up and lead the Lotus tech ADAS validation activity for comfort function like HWA, ACC, TSI, LCA, DOW, LDAC and DMS
• Establish the strategy of the completed validation including the associated test cases linked to these functions: Simulation SIL, HIL and vehicle level in order to ensure the highest test coverage and reliability of the functions
• Manage the execution of the drive test internally or with a external service company
• Collaborate with the global ADAS validation team to identify regional specific validation to be compliant of local driving rules and regulation and optimizing the validation strategy in term of cost and planning between what can be performed in China and in Europe
• Ensure a frequent benchmark of our direct competitor to detect interesting new direction trend
• Ensure the defect traceability communication to function owner, and validation report
• Report project validation status and escalate blocking point to line manager and project manager

Your profile:

• At least 8 year’s experience in ADAS development environment
• At least 3 years of working experience in AD, navigation on pilot, L3 or similar vehicle validation environment
• Strong experience of the AD SW architecture in order to target the right Software module to be focused and improved
• Experience using vehicle validation tools, analyzing vehicle performance
• Experience in conducting vehicle expedition
• Strong leadership in evaluating and managing validation supplier to execute defined test cases
• Experience in global team execution
• Fluent in English, Notion in German and Chinese would be a plus
