Team Assistenz (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Document all existing internal process and new process. Create and perform informational trainings to ADAS team
• Responsible for tools quotation request/order/inventory and tracking using Lotus internal tools. Responsible for quote, order and organize ADAS benchmark vehicles from different rental companies
• Responsible for the newcomers welcome and present them to the team. Organize ADAS team business travel
• Responsible to maintain and update all the ADAS tools list
• Responsible to organize all the meeting with external company supplier
• Communicate and coordinate with China team the time schedule regarding China colleagues’ business trip in Germany, Responsible of IT hardware and software parts
• Responsible of all ADAS team communication interface with the outside world (team event, press event, supplier kickoff meeting etc.), Dealing with daily organizational tasks

Your profile:

• Microsoft package strong knowledge and experience
• Experience in a similar position is a plus
• Experience in dealing with company process and policy
• Basic IT hardware and software knowledge for installing small office programs. Knowledge in RFQ/I process is a plus
• Driving license at least category B is mandatory
• Willing to travel if necessary
• Fluent in English and German
