System Engineer – Automated Parking Function (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Definition and specification of the functional behavior of driver assistance systems – parking functions
• Analysis of end user functions and their requirements
• Analysis of system and failure behavior taking into account the influence of external components
• Adherence to the development process according to Automotive Spice
• Presentation and demonstration of results and status to customers and management
• Support and review of test activities, test specifications and test analyses
• Contact person for internal and external customers as well as functional responsibility

Your profile:

• Completed engineering studies (electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, automotive engineering, physics) or comparable training
• Functional automotive experience, preferably in the area of driver assistance systems
• Knowledge of ISO26262/ISO15504/Automotive Spice as well as automotive tools (e.g. CANoe, ADTF, Doors)
• Programming knowledge in C/C++ is desirable
• Experience in the area of model-based development is advantageous
• Experience with vehicle architectures and sensors from the driver assistance area and their functionality is an advantage
• High degree of creativity and innovation
• Initiative, team player, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for technical systems
• Good German and English language skills
