Specialist Ordering and Distribution (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Steer the distribution network with Logistics suppliers
• Support of process development, IT adaptation and market support service
• Daily operations to fulfill customer demands regarding Outbound Logistics in interaction with markets, Service providers and others
• Provide forecasts and discuss necessary actions with forwarders, align and measure KPIs and safeguard transport quality
• Adaptation of IT systems regarding transportation
• Consulting of markets in regards of finding the best transportation solution for specific customer needs in B2C or B2B business
• Verification of invoices and adaptation of processes to create the foundation for a smooth payment process between service providers and internal Finance team

Your profile:

• University degree in Logistics or comparable education
• First experience (3-5 years) in similar positions in a forwarding agencies or a production environment
• Very good logistics knowledge – preffered in Outbound Logistics
• Languages: Fluent in English (speaking and writing) – other languages especially German and Chinese are beneficial
• IT especially – SAP/ Transport Management Systems / Microsoft Office incl. Teams
• Open to travel
