Your tasks:

  • Coordination of various local supplier from the selection and onboarding phase throughout the lifecycle
  • Be the key interface and single point of contact for supplier but also internal/external stakeholders
  • Inventory management of the local sourced products incl. forecast planning
  • Ordering products manual and via ERP system as well as monitoring shipment/goods received
  • Logistic process optimization where necassary (order, distribution)
  • Organize, moderate and document meetings to identify supplier and warehouse specific requirements
  • Pressicely track status and milestones across the project

Your profile:

  • Bachelor´s degree or above in business (logistics), supplier management or a comparable degree
  • 2 years exprience in automotive industry or consultancy, preferred in supplier coordination and steering, logistic project management, aftersales,
  • ERP SAP user experience, MS Office skills, familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
  • Fluent in English, German and other european language is a plus
