Software Project Leader (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Manage project, based on well-defined and documented processes, templates, and guidelines for all project phases
• Prepare and manage project management plan including but not limited to: scope statement, schedule, budget, quality plan, risks, issues and communication plan, etc.
• Track project performance to ensure goals are being met
• Conduct periodic stakeholder analysis sessions to synchronize expectations, and facilitate lessons learned
• Develop transition plan(s) and execute those plans to ensure orderly transition to operations
• Supporting the setup for multi-project scheduling under SPICE process considerations

Your profile:

• BA in Engineering, Technology Management
• 2-3 years of experience in managing complex and large scale software projects, preferable for embedded systems
• Experience in automotive is a plus as well as knowledge in Automotive SPICE processes
• Knowledge in embedded software development is a plus
• Experience in leading multi-site projects
• Excellent verbal, written, and other interpersonal communication skills-ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a variety of audiences
• Very good English is a must, German is a plus
