Service Technician (m/f/d)

We are searching for intelligent and innovative employees for our Automotive customers as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Robert Bosch. If you are interested in working for a dynamic company with flat hierarchy, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks:

• You will carry out fault analyses and repairs of our devices in the workshop in Dietzenbach as well as on-site at the customer
• You support customers and dealers with hardware and software problems on the phone and by mail
• You advise dealers on installations
• You maintain the data in our CRM and merchandise management system Netsuite Oracle
• You become an important contact person for technical questions

Your profile:

• Professional training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, state-certified technician in electrical engineering or further training as an electrician
• Initial experience as a service technician, solving technical problems is fun for you, you like to repair
• You work independently, conscientiously and on your own responsibility
• You enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis and have a high level of customer orientation
• You have an equally good command of German and English in order to support our international customers
• You have a driver’s license and are willing to travel. (mainly day trips in Germany on average 2 days per week, can be planned individually in advance
