Senior UX/UI Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will be responsible for a smooth, exciting and streamlined user experience throughout all touchpoints of our customers
• Your main focus will be managing all design related topics and steering our UX/UI Agency and the frontend design process to create a state-of-the art user experience
• With your UX/UI background you will contribute significantly to designs with smart identity, prove them with user testings, ensure data tracking integration and involve stakeholders from respective internal departments to drive results
• UX/UI Tasks: Own frontend design process and the design system (UX/UI kit), design yourself and leverage other design colleagues for wireframes and design tasks, steer, plan and conceptualize journey designs for website releases
• Project management: Synchronize closely with the UX/UI Manager on all UX/UI related topics within smart to ensure a streamlined user experience, coordinate & lead important workshops with stakeholders from internal departments and agencies to drive progress in important UX/UI milestones

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or above in UX design, (digital) marketing (or similar)
• +3 years or above experience in UX/UI design and project management or business development (or similar area)
• Experience in managing complex projects with focus on user experience and/ or digital marketing
• Knowledge in customer experience and UX/UI; E-commerce is a plus
• Knowledge in business or services development projects
• Knowledge/experience in agile project management
• Fluent English language skills
