Senior UX Designer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
• Invent and develop new interaction concepts for EV
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
• Create prototypes, wireframes and (HMI/UX) specifications, e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (design studios, SW and EE engineers, program management, suppliers) to precisely identify best-in-class HMI solutions
• Conduct usability testing, including reporting to stakeholder and actioning on outcomes
• Communicate the UX design intent and influence project stakeholders
• Consider automotive HMI trends and state-of-the-art HMI technology

Your profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience working in Europe for Automotive project
• Excellent communicator with a solution driven and structured mindset
• Experience in global team execution
• Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict
• Able to Mentor and support Junior team member
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Business Fluent English is essential, German and Chinese language beneficial
• Driver License (Class B)
• Flexible regarding travels to UK, China and other countries if needed
