Senior Specialist Procurement_Logistics Services (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies for the logistics category in order to ensure quality of services and significant cost reductions
• Lead or support Logistics category in preparation and conducting tenders in a timely manner driving cost reductions and improvement of the quality of services
• Actively support continuous improvement of procurement process and relevant IT solutions
• Investigate and analyse the market, and seek new suppliers, negotiations and contract management
• Negotiate and select the best warehouse/logistics suppliers specifying quality, quantity and other requirements
• Solve any supply chain issues and communicate impact with relevant stakeholders
• Develop and maintain close relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners, act as key commercial contact on behalf of procurement

Your profile:

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or comparable degree
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in Logistics Procurement preferably on Europe level
• Experience in Automotive & digital sales context would be beneficial
• Proficient IT-knowledge (MS Office) and expert of SAP S4HANA MM module, especially the PR + PO modules
• Knowledge of other eProcurement solutions (e.g. Ariba, Coupa) is advantageous
• Fluent English on negotiation level, other languages are a plus
