Your tasks:

  • Active sourcing and recruiting on an international level
  • Accompanying candidates during their recruitment journey and creating an excellent candidate experience
  • Advising hiring managers on the best recruitment strategy for every vacancy
  • Actively search, identify and approach the best candidates on the market using different sourcing tools
  • Observing trends and developments relevant to your target market
  • Setting up candidate pipelines and actively managing candidate relations

Your profile:

  • Universtiy degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, HR Management, Business Informatics or Psychology
  • At least 5 years of working experience in international Recruiting/Active Sourcing
  • Experience in management recruiting
  • Familiar with sourcing tools and always keeping an eye on new trends and innovations
  • Excellent ability to develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Happy to work in highly diverse and multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage
