Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Active Safety IT Carve Out/Transition

Your tasks:

• Assume responsibility in projects, including time, personnel and financial project management
• Building bridges between project teams & stakeholders in the departments and IT
• Preparation of all documents for the members of the project team and independently taking over the preparation, implementation and documentation of meetings
• Coordination of internal work tools such as databases, dashboards, distribution lists and calendars to make the project more efficient in its daily activities
• Taking over the management-oriented preparation and structuring of information
• Coordination of internal and external team members
• Support the workstream leads in their daily tasks, i.e. plan, monitor and report on go-live dates and delays and synchronize project plans

Your profile:

• Knowledge of Carve Out & M&A good practices and IT technologies employed
• Detailed understanding of IT Infrastructure with all their dependencies
• Precise knowledge of IT processes as well as automotive-specific standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills on all levels of the organization
• Fluent English and German – both mandatory
• Experience in multiple IT Carve-out / Transition projects would be very nice to have
• Willing to work in different time zones
