Scrum Master ADAS (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Is a member of and acts as facilitator for an Agile Team, which consists of Development Team, Scrum Master and Product Owner
• Enables the Agile Team to self-organize, self-manage, collaborate and deliver via lean-agile practices
• Coaches the team on problem-solving and conflict-resolution. Ensures that the Agile Teams perform this and share the outcomes in a self-responsible manner
• Educates the Team in generic agile methods and practices, particularly Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, e.g., by guiding the Agile Team in estimating User Stories and Features via suitable best-practices and by coaching team on the different team events
• Supports proper team setup/organization and knowledge, skill and competency distribution. Help the team to plan internal enablers to gain knowledge and work on innovations
• Implements, guides and trains the team so that they can live the organizational processes and tools efficiently

Your profile:

• University Degree in related field, e.g., computer science, economics or Apprenticeship
• Professional experiences in agile software development
• Very good communication skills
• Experiences in working as facilitator or similar in managing teams
• Intercultural /international expericens
• Good communication skills in English and German
