- Responsible for sales target attainment and for key account direct sales
- Identify key account needs and review their marketing requirements in order to achieve sales goals
- Coordinate with Field Application Engineer and product manager to provide valuable products and solutions to key clients. Identify customer key decision making chain accurately and organize bid, Development of a key account strategy
- Responsible for discovering new opportunities within a specific territory calling on large enterprise companies in the automotive and manufacturing industry
- Execute sales process that validates and qualifies the technical and business requirements of the customer in order to close the business
- Leverage the own network, marketing, trade shows, and cold call leads to gain access to new high-value sales opportunities.
- Responsibility for the implementation of annual sales planning
- Relationship management in the entire customer organization
- A Bachelor’s Degree and least 5- 7 years successful enterprise software sales experience
- Proof of exceeding sales quotas and attaining OTE
- Experience selling into Enterprise Accounts in the automotive and manufacturing industry
- familiar with Microsoft office tools, CRM software and should be a Savvy IT user
- Good understanding of data server, storage, cloud and HPC
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German and good English oral and written skills
