Sales Administration Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Leading 5 different teams spread across Europe (HH1/HH2/STG/NEU/CZ) -> People management : recruitment, development, motivating/coaching
• Responsibility of coordinating Procurement, Sales and Inventory activities for key automotive OEM’s with warehouses and factories across globe
• Responsibility of operational transactions and Purchase/Sales order management
• Inventory optimization and improvement activities (avoidance of shortage and excess inventory situations)
• Managing safety and consignment inventories. Support all ad hoc tasks for sales operations
• Supporting improvement and optimization of delivery conditions, packaging and overall supply chain. Supporting SOX, IAETF, KPMG audits
• Ability to map out Sales related processes and improvement of these processes

Your profile:

• Hands on SAP experience in SD, MM and FI
• Automotive experience preferable, B2B experience with key accounts is a must
• Familiar with accounting especially in bookkeeping, account receivables processes, global B2B Sales processes/cycle
• Reporting activities and issues regularly to Sales management, Financial accountability for customer accounts/ healthy collection
• English must, German nice to have as well
