Resident Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Represents the team at the customer and interfaces the customer with to support all needs
• Identifies the gaps between customer expectations and team understanding
• Report and escalate to his/her N+1 when needed
• Contributes to the analysis of requirements allocated to the team and clarifies the requirements with customer
• Identifies and clarifies issues detected by customer to communicate real data to the team
• Contributes to the issue analysis to identify root causes and solution
• Identifies with the customer potential innovative solutions and shares lessons learned

Your profile:

• Finished study of informatics / electro technics / automotive
• Technical skills advanced in automotive engineering and systems
• Knowledge in Vector tools, CAN, LIN, flash tools
• Good in communication
• ASPICE knowledge on basic level
• Preferable: Daimler experienced (customer portals, infrastructure, …)
• German native speaker
