Your tasks:
- Represents the team at the customer and interfaces the customer with to support all needs
- Identifies the gaps between customer expectations and team understanding
- Report and escalate to his/her N+1 when needed
- Contributes to the analysis of requirements allocated to the team and clarifies the requirements with customer
- Identifies and clarifies issues detected by customer to communicate real data to the team
- Contributes to the issue analysis to identify root causes and solution
- Identifies with the customer potential innovative solutions and shares lessons learned
Your profile:
- Finished study of informatics / electro technics / automotive
- Technical skills advanced in automotive engineering and systems
- Knowledge in Vector tools, CAN, LIN, flash tools
- Good in communication
- ASPICE knowledge on basic level
- Preferable: Daimler experienced (customer portals, infrastructure, …)
- German native speaker
