Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Set companywide requirement standards for customer and internal requirements
• Create and manage templates and standards
• Support projects with requirement creation and keep them traceable
• Review of requirements and technical content
• Derive requirements to support system or component development
• Monitor requirement lifecycles (requirement tracing)
• Connect hardware and software development via classic and agile requirements engineering

Your profile:

• Relevant university/polytechnic degree (preferably with technical background)
• Experience in the development of electrical components or software
• Aviation knowledge preferred
• Understanding of hardware and software development preferred
• Analytical skills: ability to structure, arrange and plan complex work procedures/issues
• Ability to communicate clearly, both in oral and written (technical) form
• Quick perception, ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
