  • Planning and implementation of trade fairs and online campaigns
  • Development of new recruiting strategies
  • Specifying job profiles in consultation with the relevant specialist departments
  • Ensuring effective candidate management and optimizing the selection process
  • Organizing and conducting job interviews

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or university degree
  • Ability to inspire people and successfully guide them through the application process
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Persuasiveness and a self-confident appearance
  • Fluent English
