- Identification of suitable candidates via in-house software, social media platforms, job portals and employee recommendations
- Planning and implementation of trade fairs and online campaigns
- Development of new recruiting strategies
- Specifying job profiles in consultation with the relevant specialist departments
- Ensuring effective candidate management and optimizing the selection process
- Organizing and conducting job interviews
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or university degree
- Ability to inspire people and successfully guide them through the application process
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasiveness and a self-confident appearance
- Fluent English
