Radar System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Participate in project teams for development and application of radar sensors for driver assistance and autonomous driving
• Act as technical contact for Radar products / Radar based ADAS towards project team and customers in application projects and acquisitions
• Responsible for development of the system requirement specification (IBM Doors) for radar products by analyzing stakeholder requirements
• Development of system architectures (IBM Rational Rhapsody), design specifications and alignment with the requirement engineers, architects and developers of the different engineering disciplines
• Ensure traceability and completeness of stakeholder requirements over the product design across all system levels
• Alignment with Test team for Verification & Validation of the product requirements & design and creation of the Production Test Specification
• Perform technical risk analysis and align the functional safety and cyber security concepts with the relevant experts

Your profile:

• Master degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, communications engineering, physics or similar field of study
• Experience in Radar system development or system engineering for Radar based ADAS
• Experience in requirement engineering and technical documentation
• Experience with the product development processes in the automotive industry is a plus
• Very good English knowledge, speaking and writing
• Very good communication skills as well as customer- and quality orientation
