Project Manager SOC/VSOC (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• The project manager is acting as a business owner and takes over responsibility to define the requirenments and to coordinate the setup of SOC and VSOC services
• Define the requirenments for SOC and VSOC following common regulations (e. g. TISAX, ISO27001, NIS2)
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Develop tactical and achievable project plans and monitors the delivery against performance measures and milestones
• Tracks and reports progress of the project; identifies and manages resources, including cross-functional employees, to successfully execute projects
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and technique

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or above in business, marketing, economics, telecom (or similar)
• 2 years or above experience in projects management, preferred in customer relationship management, call-center, business consultancy or business development (or similar area)
• 2 years Experience in managing complex projects
• Knowledge/experience in project management
• Knowledge/experience in Information Security standards (ISO27001, TISAX)
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and German
