Problem Management Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Categorize issues based on ticket description and allocate to relevant parties
• Continuously monitor, report and escalate deviations from agreements
• Judge the reasoning of issue resolution results for further processing
• Define and implement KPIs for issue handling to measure and visualize throughput
• Highlight issues in problem and change management process and propose improvements
• Collaborate with and support release management team members

Your profile:

• Working experience in Problem and Change Management
• Basic understanding of ADAS Features, Vehicle Systems, Embedded SW/HW
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence (project configuration and plug-ins)
• Good networking skills, self-organization, proactivity
• Knowledge in scripting (preferable python) helpful
• Knowledge in Configuration and Release Management helpful
• Fluent English mandatory
