Order Desk Assistant (m/f/d)

We are searching for intelligent and innovative employees for our Automotive customers as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Robert Bosch. If you are interested in working for a dynamic company with flat hierarchy, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks:

• Ensure accurate system status of orders in time
• Big data management
• Communication with Sales, Operation / AR / warehouse / SCM to insure correct information flow
• System based order input
• System input of customer return to insure correct stock / financial figures
• Analysis on extracted data from system

Your profile:

• Experience with large Big data files
• Experience preparing and tracking orders
• Experience in corporate automotive industry would be a plus
• Very accurate working approach, good time management, result orientation, proactive, good team player
• English fluent
