Your tasks:

  • Team management for 15 Sales Admins spread in four locations across Germany -> People management: recruitment, development, motivating/coaching, resource allocation/utilization
  • Ultimate responsibility of coordinating Procurement, Sales and Inventory activities for key automotive OEM’s with warehouses and factories accross the globe
  • Ultimate responsibility of customer service, operational transactions Purchase/Sales order management (sold to / credit limit, packaging, delivery documents, parts return)
  • Ultimate Financial accountability of customer accounts receivable (open item handling, overdues, cash collection, credit / debit management, quality returns / warranty bills)
  • Inventory optimization and improvement activities (avoidance of shortage and excess inventory situations)
  • Reporting activities and issues regularly to Sales management
  • Negotiate conditions with external and internal warehouse and factories
  • Supporting SOX, IAETF, KPMG audits
  • Support all ad hoc tasks for sales operations

Your profile:

  • People management is a must
  • Hands on SAP experience in SD – ideally key user would be preferred; FI and MM is a plus
  • Automotive experience preferable – at least B2B experience with key accounts is a must
  • Familiar with global B2B sales processes/cycles
  • Familiar with accounting – especially in bookkeeping, account receivables processes (familiar with self-billing, credit/debit customer accounts, handle overdues, credit limit monitoring)
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Affinity with demand planning, financial forecasting, OEM customer service experience
  • Fluent in English language, good knowledge of German language is a plus
