Methods & Tools Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility over the R&D tool landscape
• Interface and connection between the three units IT, process and development
• Setup and maintain the Rulesets/Configurations on the R&D tools which are defined by the development process and make it easy to use for the R&D team
• Guide, support and train the R&D team in Tool usage
• Challenge and enforce development process changes for efficiency

Your profile:

• Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Microeletronics, Computer Engineering or similar
• Experience in defining and implementing operating model for process automation
• Experience in developing and maintaining tools related to product development processes e.g. project management, requirements management, configuration management, review and source code management tools and build as well as test automation
• Experience in leading/supporting projects in the automotive sector
• Experience across the entire SW lifecycle in software development
• Experinece in working with offshore locations
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
