Logistics & Commercial Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Assess the evolving logistics need and apply your experience to drive improvement processes quickly and seamlessly
• Prepare and produce the required documentation to ensure safety and quality for each step of the Logistics process chain
• Efficiently manage our Logistics activity to increase efficiency/reduce costs, in line with the required standards
• Ensure a strong link with operational and engineering colleagues in order to validate processes and achieve the required delivery timelines
• Be an efficient coordinator between operations and the customer, in order to ensure integrity of the process and a high standard of service delivery
• Drive the evolution of our logistics activity with a strong knowledge on processes and standardization and good understanding of supporting tools
• Identify and analyse new logistics concepts, define and develop the relevant lean, simple & robust processes

Your profile:

• 5-year degree level in Engineering or Business school or similar degree
• Experience in supplier relationship management and procurement, also in managing stakeholders
• Effective negotiator with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage confidential/sensitive information with care and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Professional, fluent German and Englisch language skills
