IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• As a part of Client Infrastructure, support employees with their Windows and Office365 requests
• Support new joiners (both internal internal employees and external consultants) for the smooth IT onboarding of new joiners and setup of email accounts and laptops
• From Office Infrastructure perspective, support employees with the IT equipments in the Meeting rooms incl. Clickshare, network connectivity, etc.
• Support users with the One Drive setup and issues related to One Drive/SharePoint
• Remote-support users in other locations all over Europe
• Manage and support the requests pertaining to JIRA tool and Confluence incl. user management, access management
• Provide support in managing various Licenses (Hardware & Software)
• Support location in all IT Hardware related requests

Your profile:

• You possess at least a Bachelor´s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information System/Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
• Strong experience in IT service operations for Windows clients. Experience in Macbooks would be a Plus
• Experience in Network and Client Infrastructure
• Well versed and experience in Office365 applications and servers
• Familiarity with the Atlassian Toolchain, specifically JIRA and Confluence would be an added advantage
• Able to speak and write English fluently. Additional German knowledge would be preferred
• Your personal skills are the following: Interpersonal and communication skills, team-oriented and communicative working style, creative, fast learner, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
