Your tasks:
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolving complex employee relations issues
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting open communication
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience (6 years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
