Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
• Resolving complex employee relations issues
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting open communication

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience (6 years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• In-depth knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
• Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
