Head of R&D (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Release responsibility for the development results of the local R&D organization
• Management of the R&D organization with system engineering, product development, validation, and electronic development according to the aligned multi-year plan
• Responsible to reach product development targets regarding time, R&D cost, and quality
• Leading the BCC organization as part of the global R&D team
• Continuous improvement of development competences, effectiveness, and efficiency
• Focus on ‘design to manufacturing’ in cooperation with the lead plant
• Managing all R&D topics of product programs in series production independently
• Technical acquisition in direct customer contact

Your profile:

• University degree in a technical subject
• Leadership > 5 years in an international eco system
• Solid work experience in product development for automotive applications, familiar with automotive development processes such as A-Spice
• Self-driven, highly motived leader with can-do personality
• Very good English skill, both written and spoken
