Your tasks:

  • Compilation, invitation and management of project-related FMEA teams
  • Moderation of FMEA sessions (design / process and system FMEA) with CAQ software „Babtec FMEA“ as well as documentation / Creation of FMEAs
  • Determination of special characteristics (SC/CC) in the course of FMEA sessions / Ensuring method conformity (FMEA according to VDA / AIAG)
  • Follow-up of measures within the framework of the FMEA process
  • Incorporation and tracking of „lessons learned“ from design, production and field in existing FMEA
  • Maintaining and updating FMEA’s for continuous improvement of series quality
  • Carrying out risk assessments (e.g. from field complaints / component modifications) / Reporting of key figures and adherence to milestones
  • Implementation and maintenance of Q-methods and processes (Automotive Core Tools) / Moderation of FMEA sessions (design / process and system FMEA) with CAQ software „Babtec FMEA“ as well as documentation / Accompanying change management by means of DRBFM

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, automotive) or a related field
  • Strong knowledge in automotive FMEA field (e.g., VDA, AIAG, Q-methods, DRBFM)
  • Familiarity with moderation in the automotive sector
  • Experience working in the automotive industry, preferably in a compliance-related role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and product development processes. Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and compliance auditing processes is desirable. Regulatory knowledge specific to the region(s) of operation is a plus
  • Fluent English language skills
