Event Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Preparation of briefing documents and hosting (virtual) user trainings or presentations
• Ongoing alignment with the project team, global subsidiaries and other internal and external stakeholders
• Budget control, invoicing, vendor contracting
• Development, implementation and execution of the invitation and registration process, together with specialised event agency
• Preparation of an online platform for guest management and integrated event app
• Coordination of air travel, ground transportation and accommodation arrangements and F&B requests
• Planning of branding and engagemenet activities, in accordance with design guidelines
• Support of the project team and administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Bachelor/Master Degree
• Relevant working experience
• Excelent intercultural competences
• Preferable background in hospitality / hotel management and experience with guest management tools (Cvent, GuestOne, or similar)
• IT skills (MS Office Suite) and preferable experience with project management tools (MS Project, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines, Can-do Attitude
• Impeccable organisation and problem solving skills
• Good German and English language skills
