Engineering Lead for Test Environment (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• As Engineering Lead for our Test Environment Management Team in the System Verification Department, you have the opportunity to steer and develop a dedicated team
• You will take part in the professional development of your team members and in finding new people that suit the team’s character
• You communicate the needs and messages from your experts into the different management rounds from stakeholders internally as well as externally
• Discuss and set goals for the team moderate these goals to ensure that these will be fulfilled
• Take part in decision-making in cooperation with your team members and lead colleagues
• Be in the office with the team, help them to prioritize the topics and cover theirs backs to ensure everyone is working her/his best
• Manage the budget for the team and make sure the planning is considered and fulfilled

Your profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, Management
• Minimum 3 years experience in leading of teams on a technical and personal level
• Experience in handling, planning and management of the budget for big teams
• Worked in an agile or scrum field of software verification, testing or development in the past
• Work in safety-critical system engineering projects / automotive domain
• Develop or improve verification strategies & develop or improve delivery standards or quality standards
• Proficient in English and German
