Design Manager, Building and Infrastructure Engineering (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Maintain engineering team design process workflow
• Organize and manage design reviews, construction design packages and deliverables to support all aspects of construction
• Own the design and engineering efforts for construction and infrastructure development from concept to delivery to meet our goals
• Manage permitting and construction documents including transmittals and RFI’s (Requests for Information)
• Implement innovative engineering and design methodologies to support very fast program and construction schedule
• Manage infrastructural design progress for road and traffic infrastructural projects including coordination with multiple disciplines like underground utilities and electrical design
• Track budget services that are provided by external firms making sure contract details are met

Your profile:

• Evidence of exceptional ability
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary design projects within Architecture and Engineering firms
• Experience in infrastructural construction projects like road, rail, 110 KV electrical cables or other
• Advanced project management skills, demonstrated application of project and program management fundamentals to complex engineering problems
• Positive, enthusiastic, fast learner, can-do mindset and passionate about manufacturing infrastructure
• Fluent English and German language skills (Spoken and Written)
• Following software experience is a plus: Aconex, SharePoint, BIM360, Navisworks, ProVI
• Fluent English language skills
