Your tasks:

  • Coordinate with vendors & internal departments to resolve all customer cases and tickets and escalate all unresolved issues to management
  • Perform research for all complaints and recommend required action for same and assist management to resolve all issues efficiently
  • Maintain records of all received letters from customers to facilitate resolution and evaluate & perform research on various issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide an interface with Markets, internal department and third party vendors according to required procedures and policies and maintain all data for resolutions
  • Prepare all reports for resolutions provided and maintain records of all status

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, economics, telecom (or similar)
  • 1-2 year experience in sales or customer services
  • Min. 1 year experience in working with CRM solutions, e.g. Salesforce
  • Affinity with Salesforce and omnichannel platform tools for contact center
  • French as native and English as Fluent, any other European language is a plus
