Cooperation Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Process incoming scheduled orders and purchase orders, review and forward to HQ and vendors
• Invoice shipments after customs clearance respectively upon delivery
• Organize claims processing with logistics center, 3rd party, HQ and vendors
• Respond to parts technical inquiries of logistics center and 3rd party and clarify with HQ if necessary
• Act as a contact person for parts, accessories and merchandising orders and shipments
• Support internal departments e.g.. Sales, Product Management, Vehicle Logistics, Finance etc. continously
• Align procurement processes, sales processes and supply claim processes with HQ, vendorss, corporate customers and subsidiaries
• Support implementation of SAP-based ERP-system set-up and secure the system readiness for ERP- Go-Live and vehicle market launch

Your profile:

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Management or comparable degree
• Distinctive operational experience in the area of supply chain management preferably in automotive Aftersales/ automotive spare parts logistics (3+ years)
• Readiness to secure daily operations and positive attitude to solve upcoming issues
• Sound knowledge of SAP S4/HANA supply chain management and/ or other SAP-based ERP-system
• Proven ability to build, develop and manage relations with process- and business partners
• Big data knowledge and advanced MS-Office skills (e.g. Excel)
• Very good English language skills, ideally also fluent in a Non-German European language or Chinese
