ASIC Metier Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Manages the ASIC design team
• Develop ASIC competences to cope with expectations/market trends/new technologies, identifies and develops internal HW competences according to market trends/new technologies for automotive designs
• Plans team career evolutions, provides them adequate trainings
• Organizes the HW ASIC projects and manages the priorities, Reports the ASIC HW progress to the BG Electronics manager
• Select Suppliers for ASIC design and manufacturing activities
• Make-/Buy decisions for ASIC components & design activities
• Responsible of the Team Efficiency Plan and achievements

Your profile:

• Have an engineer’s or master’s degree in electronics/electrical engineering/automatics/mechatronics or similar
• Have minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar positions and experience in managing a team
• Be a strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer
• Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability of creative thinking
• Fluent German and English Skills
