Architectural Designer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Prepare the set of Architectural construction documents for various site projects; define relevant scope of works, deliverables milestones, tender documentations and the planning process in design and construction stages
• Reflect on industry advancements in Architectural assemblies, material applications, project delivery, product design
• Humanize the biggest buildings in the world through design
• Site Master Planning
• Perform project scheduling / cost estimating
• Develop process improvements / workflows / templates to increase design productivity and quality of deliverables

Your profile:

• Strong technical understanding of design drawings, reports, and specifications
• Excellent knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• The ability to visualize design ideas and keep an overview and improve processes
• Capable of working in a team and a fast-paced environment
• Good English Language Skills
