Your tasks:

• Establish the overall working model
• Conduct methodology training and consulting (focus on Team Agile Masters / Facilitators)
• Coach teams on request (e.g., other agile methods and practices, conflict, collaboration)
• Involve key roles on methodology, (agile) ways of working
• Enable template-level transparency & key meetings

Your profile:

• Broad agile experience, knowledge and mindset
• Proactive attitude, courage against status quo
• Understanding of project management and business processes
• Strong facilitator and coach
• Empathic leader
• Fluent English language skills
