Aftersales Warranty Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Support in the development of the warranty strategy for the European Sales Company and create regional warranty policies for Europe Legal Entities
• Identification of problems and forthcoming issues for constantly improving process efficiency
• Develop a warranty audit strategy and prepare warranty audits based on analysis of warranty data and KPI results.
• Implement benchmarking and analysis of market and competitor data to understand warranty trends
• Coordinate the monthly reporting for EU markets based on the data collected
• Support of the European Legal Entities as contact person for warranty-related topics (claim processing and technical expertise)
• Interaction with engineering and quality team (HQ) for quality issues

Your profile:

• University degree in Engineering or Finance
• 2+ years of operative experience in the area of warranty workshop processes as well as respective rules and guidelines
• Familiarity with financial processes related to warranty processing and able to apply them across EU countries.
• Experience with implementing KPI’s, controlling methods and onsite audits
• Proven automotive technical Know-How, preferably with electrical vehicles
• You have fun working with numbers
• Fluent English, fluent in a second European language or Mandarin is a plus
• Willingness to travel as part of your job
