Aftersales Strategy Project Management Officer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Lead and implement key strategic and operational projects in crossfunctional setting in order to keep aftersales competitive amongst the automotive industry
• Bring projects and programs to life; through the facilitation of workshops and introduction of further collaboration frameworks, you enable teams to contribute at their best to the programs & projects
• Coordination across different streams and you are able to coordinate stakeholders accordingly; additionally, you provide clarity on roles and responsibilities across workstreams and projects
• Planning and tracking the successful delivery of the programs and projects output; you craft roadmaps to ensure 360º visibility and manage short and long-term goals throughout projects & programs
• Coordinate interfaces between Aftersales and interfacing departments in order to timely address and solve questions within any project or program
• Represent Aftersales in the overarching company Project Management Office and ensure targets and requirements are met
• Cultivate a positive, effective and long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders of all levels while being their point of contact for all strategic aspects of the digital portfolio

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• 2+ years of experience in strategy & business development within Automotive industry
• You have the ability to lead stakeholders through volatile, uncertain and complex programs and projects
• You have outstanding analytical competence, strategic thinking and practical knowledge of agile processes within cross-functional teams
• You have verbal and written proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus
• You have solid knowledge of MS Project and Collaboration tools (Confluence and Jira)
• You love working in a complex, dynamic and international environment with an agile culture
