Aftersales Senior Service Contracts Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You will take customer service to the next level with designing state of the art service contract offering and herewith ensuring an important revenue stream
• You design service packages that reach from extended warranty, over carefree service packages, up to inclusion of digital products
• You are creating the business case behind our service package offerings and tailor it to the customer needs
• You are leading negotiations with 3rd party suppliers like reinsurer in order to establish the best possible care packages for our customers
• You accompany the integration of new products in our End-to-end Customer Journey and establish a marketing strategy
• You are part of an agile, cross-functional team

Your profile:

• You have a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have 2+ years of experience in strategy & business development, in a leading consultancy/ Automotive industry, optionally in a start-up environment in the automotive industry
• You are familiar with after-sales processes in the automotive industry
• You have an independent, goal-oriented and well-structured way of working, with excellent analytical skills and a structured way of thinking
• You have a high affinity for the automotive industry, especially for electric mobility, and have extensive knowledge of the automotive market, market segments and competitors
• Your English is perfect (fluent in a non-German European language or Mandarin is a plus)
