Aftersales Project Management Officer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You will lead and implement key strategic and operational projects in cross-functional setting
• You are the driving force and leader behind the steering of projects and timelines creation of our aftersales department
• You bring projects and programs to life; through the facilitation of workshops and introduction of further collaboration frameworks, you enable teams to contribute at their best to the programs & projects
• You are the coordinating eye across different streams; you have clear sight into interdependencies, and you are able to coordinate stakeholders accordingly; additionally, you provide clarity on roles and responsibilities across workstreams and projects
• You represent Aftersales in the overarching company Project Management Office and ensure targets and requirements are met
• You cultivate a positive, effective and long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders of all levels while being their point of contact for all strategic aspects of the digital portfolio

Your profile:

• You have a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have 2+ years of experience in strategy & business development, in a leading consultancy/ Automotive industry, optionally in a start-up environment in the automotive industry
• You have strong skills in program or project management with the proven ability to create tangible impact within the organization and outside of it
• You have outstanding analytical competence, strategic thinking and practical knowledge of agile processes within cross-functional teams
• You have verbal and written proficiency in English
• You have solid knowledge in using common tools for project management, ideally with MS Project, Collaboration tools (Confluence and Jira) or other tools
