After Sales Quality Specialist ( m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Implement release process for Field Measures, recalls and vehicle blocking process in alignment with key stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth process to handle Field Measures and Recalls at the Vehicle Preparation Center (VPC)
• Design reports and align on KPI’s with HQ
• Investigate and document the legal requirements for the different countries in Europe
• Act as reference and be the key contact for Product Liability, Field Measures and Recalls and After Sales Quality related topics for all key Stakeholders
• Provide requirements for relevant IT systems and Over The Air communication
• Ensure Quality reporting and related problem solving with key stakeholders
• Interface with the European Markets to ensure the correct communication channels with the local authorities

Your profile:

• University degree in Engineering or Legal
• Automotive Understanding, preferably also of electrical vehicles
• Experience drafting and implementing processes
• Understanding of legal texts and regulations
• Good IT skills
• Project experience is an asset
• Self-driven and out-of-the-box working way
• Very good English skills, ideally also fluent in a Non-German European language
