ADAS Simulation Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Design, develop and maintain scenario-based test cases for simulation of ADAS/AD functions, based on EU/UK/US functional requirements
• Develop new features to integrate supplier software in the simulation environment to facilitate automated validation of simulation results on cloud
• Develop and manage automated KPI reporting to project for relevant ADAS functions
• Identify gap, or weaknesses of the system using Jira SW tool
• Ensure the defect traceability communication to function owner and validation report
• Ensure a frequent benchmark of our direct competitor to detect interesting new directiontrends

Your profile:

• Successfully completed bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, applied computer science or a comparable field of studies
• At least 3 years of EU working experience in ADAS / AD SiL and / or HiL simulation
• Working experience mapping functional requirements to simulation scenarios and scenario modelling (static road network and dynamic traffic). Experience with VTD and MATLAB / Simulink is mandatory
• Working knowledge of ROS and / or ROS2 is mandatory
• Advanced programming skills with Python for data analysis and automation and basic programming experience with C / C++ mandatory
• Proficiency with programming under Linux and Linux command line functions
• Experience with OpenDRIVE, OpenSCENARIO, ADASIS desirable
• Experience in cloud, CI / CD, software testing as well as databases desirable
• Excellent communicator with an open and structured mindset, highly motivated person – fluent in English
