ADAS Requirements Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You will create and maintain the traceability of the requirements for the entire development cycle according to A-SPICE. You will advise teams to write and trace requirements, perform reviews and advocate for quality standards
• You will support the definition and improvement of processes, methods and tools for requirements management
• You will present new requirements to stakeholders and prepare decision papers
• You will actively walk through new requirements with the technical experts to clarify their understanding and impact
• You take care of these sub-tasks of requirements engineering
• Analysis of customer requirement documents and change requests
• Assessment of customer requirements with internal and external stakeholders, clarification of open points and details Derivation and specification of new software requirements

Your profile:

• Degree in Electrical, Computing science, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or similar
• Experience with requirement managagement. Experience in test-case definition
• Experience in usage of requirement management tools – ideally System Weaver
• Deep knowledge of ADAS functions
• Flexible regarding travels to UK Innovation Center, Sweden, China and other countries if needed
• Fluent in English
