ADAS/AD HIL Validation Leader – (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Build the necessary environment data to collect, and necessary simulation bench environment (open loop and close loop HIL) based on the ADAS/AD function performance requirement
• Define the right data tool chain, data processing, data format and simulation tool to perform the simulation
• Define the necessary test case to be performed
• Build the KPI report for each of the functions of the AD/ADAS platform. Identify gap or weaknesses of the system using Jira SW tool
• Collaborate with the other AD/ADAS simulation team of our group to identify regional specific/complementary simulation to guarantee compliance to the local regulation and NCAP
• Active participation as a part of our brand, on international AD/ADAS Alliance and Communities, seminar, forum to be aligned on latest trend and technologies on simulation, toolchain and different validation strategy
• Ensure a frequent benchmark of our direct competitor to detect interesting new direction trends
• Ensure the defect traceability communication to function owner, and validation report
• Report project validation status and escalate blocking point to line manager and project manager

Your profile:

• At least 8 years of working experience in ADAS/AD simulation
• Experience using DSPACE environment
• Knowledge in Matlab or Model Desk (Dspace) – Experience in RTmaps (dspace) is a plus
• Experience on L3/L4 simulation method is a plus
• Strong understanding of the different data tools chain and pre-processing (anonymization, cleaning, labeling)
• Strong experience in the HIL simulation set-up
• Enthusiasm to work with different culture
• Knowledge of automotive standard functionality behavior
• Fluent in English
