Junior UX/UI Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• In your role as an (Junior) UX/UI Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, exciting and streamlined user experience throughout all touchpoints of our customers with smart
• Your main focus will be managing all design related topics and supporting our Manager Website & UX/UI in steering agencies and the frontend design process to create a state-of-the art user experience
• With your UX/UI background you will contribute significantly to designs with our identity, prove them with user testing concepts if needed and involve the stakeholders from respective internal departments to drive results
• You will also make sure to manage other channels like App, Newsletter etc. in terms of UX/UI

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business, economics (or similar)
• 1-2 years or above experience in UX/UI design and project management or business development (or similar area)
• 1-2 years Experience in managing complex projects with focus on digital marketing and/ or user experience
• Knowledge in design, business or services development projects
• Knowledge/experience in customer contact center world
• Knowledge/experience in project management
• Fluent Engish language skills
