Your tasks:

Recording and processing failure reports (returns from customers) in internal systems
Providing close support to CS analysts and engineers in the quality department
Handling failure cases, including data entry into internal systems (e.g., CQMA, Excel)
Packing/unpacking defective parts, taking photos, and sending parts to other locations

Your profile:

Positive thinking and proactive
Willing to co-work with colleagues
Fluent English and German language skills
